Our sessions will take you on a journey where you will be encouraged to challenge your thinking - helping you to find your own sense of clarity and purpose through developing greater self-awareness. Booking to join also creates a sense of accountability to commit to this time for yourself, as we don’t typically include ourselves as part of our daily list of priorities. A focus on self is key to strengthening overall wellbeing.

Journaling for the sole purpose of your wellbeing is a powerful experience, and one that can help you to take care of your mental health if you are committed to the journey of getting to know and appreciate the person that you are today - weakness included. Each session is led by a registered Psychotherapist with a specialism in Creative Writing. Creative prompts to help guide your journaling are provided for each session, and they are designed to help deepen your connection with self and inspire personal growth. These prompts change with every session, so no two sessions are the same. Creativity is at the heart of Pen Therapy, providing a foundation for long-term development.
