  • Our sessions are held virtually via a webinar format, making them accessible from anywhere. Each session includes creative prompts designed by a qualified psychotherapist. The prompts include word association, sentences to complete, visual exercises, and an inspirational quotation to motivate you for the week ahead.

  • All sessions are conducted via webinar, therefore no attendee cameras will be shown. Only the session prompts and the host will be visible throughout the session.

  • Journaling has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, enhance self-awareness, and provide a safe space to process thoughts and emotions. Our guided prompts help you focus your thoughts and gain insight, creating a powerful tool for mental wellbeing.

  • Yes, absolutely. Your journaling is entirely private; you do not share your writing with attendees during sessions. Each session is designed to be safe and confidential.
