At Pen Therapy, we are passionate about partnering with charities to ensure that those who need mental health support the most can easily access our service. We understand that charities play an essential role in reaching vulnerable individuals and communities, often providing vital resources that otherwise might not be accessible. By working together, we can expand our impact, making expressive writing and journaling more widely available as a therapeutic tool. Partnerships with charities allow us to align our services to the unique needs of each organisation, ensuring that our support is effective and meaningful. Together, we can provide a lifeline to individuals who need it most, fostering resilience, healing, and emotional wellbeing.

Pen Therapy offers two main packages for you to choose from:

  • Referral package

  • Unlimited reach package

  • Additional bespoke package (only applicable in addition to the unlimited reach package)

  • We understand that securing sustainable funding is a constant priority for your charity. Our referral package offers a way for your charity to generate additional income through referrals when your clients/service users attend our sessions, creating a new revenue stream to support your ongoing work.

    For every individual who accesses our service, your organisation will receive a share of the session fees. For example, if an attendee purchases a single session, you will earn £2. If the client becomes a member, you will receive £5 each month.

    Additionally, we offer a free online introductory session that provides insight into the journaling process. This session will also demonstrate how journaling and expressive writing can be benefit within the specific focus areas your organisation supports, ensuring it resonates with your clients/service users.

  • We recognise that not everyone accessing charitable services has the financial means to participate in Pen Therapy sessions. That’s why we’ve designed a special package for charities that offers affordable pricing while ensuring that those who need it most can still access our sessions.

    This package provides unlimited access to our weekly sessions, allowing you to offer this resource to as many clients/service users as needed. This package is discounted to ensure it remains affordable for charities— for example, a charity bringing 10 attendees to weekly sessions would save £244.96 per month.

    Additionally, we offer a free online introductory session that provides insight into the journaling process. This session will also demonstrate how journaling and expressive writing can be benefit within the specific focus areas your organisation supports, ensuring it resonates with your clients/service users.

  • Our Bespoke Service Package offers tailored well-being sessions, customised to meet the specific needs of your organisation. This package is only available for those interested in the Unlimited Reach Package.

    With this option, the frequency of sessions can be increased beyond the weekly sessions included in the Unlimited Reach Package to better align with your service's requirements. Each session will be exclusively dedicated to your organisation, with journaling prompts and content specifically designed to address the unique needs of your clients/service users.

    This package will include a more in-depth collaboration with your service to identify the key areas where our support can provide the most benefit.
